The highlight experience here is Coastal cycling. Rent an electric bike or tandem bicycle and ride along Luzui Avenue, a 5-kilometer route with mountains on one side and the sea on three sides. The blue guardrails against the blue sky and sea create a picturesque scene, ideal for taking Japanese-style photos. Luzui Villa, the filming location of *The Mermaid*, features a cliff plank road and Mermaid Cave, which are perfect spots to watch the sunrise over the sea.
For transportation, self-driving is recommended—navigate to “Yangmeikeng Parking Lot”, about 1.5 hours’ drive from downtown Shenzhen. Leave before 8 AM on weekends to avoid traffic jams, with a 24-hour Parking fee capped at 30 RMB. By public transport, take Bus E11 to Dapeng Central Station, then transfer to Bus M274 to Yangmeikeng Station. Within the scenic area, you can take a speedboat (about 30 RMB per person one-way, 5 minutes) or a sightseeing bus (13.8 RMB one-way) to Luzui Villa, or hike along the Coastline to enjoy the original ecology.
